Next Generation Conference 2008
A three-day bootcamp for Financial Advisers under the age of 40. Participants had three half-days of education and an equal time participating in outdoor activities. Attendees learnt how to use new tools such as video, blogs and social networking sites in their sales process.

Zenith Broker Forum 2008
This program was constructed as a court case to maximise the learning value to participants. An Insurance Broker (Michael) was put "on trial" for giving bad advice.
Synchron Conference Alice Springs 2008
This program was created as a four-act Estate Planning melodrama.
Our "victim" Bob Makepeace from AIG Insurance ended up in hospital after an accident.
Unfortunately he later "died" ...
and some interesting events took place at the will reading.
Michael played the role of the Adviser who gave appropriate advice at each stage of the drama.
Synchron NextGen 2006
The Synchron Next Generation Conference is designed to physically and mentally stretech financial advisers under the age of 40.
Participants are involved in team games, bushwalking, horse riding and mountain climbing in addition to fours hours daily of specialized sales tuition.
