We go through a series of questions and diagnostic tools to end up with a Visual Plan that maps your plan under and your specific targets and activities under four headings.

A key element of marketing is building your brand so that people feel confident in dealing with you. A Marketing Makeover will assist you to establish your "point of difference" and position your business.

The day will generate two essential tools that will give you a clear path to follow. A Marketing Activity schedule will set out what needs to be done when and a Client Care matrix identifies what needs to be done to look after your best clients.

Strategic Selling

Can you answer these questions:

  • What results will your clients get from dealing with you?
  • Who wants those results and can afford to pay for them?
  • How will you tell them you exist, differentiate yourself and impress them?
  • How will you contact them?
  • How will you convince them to buy from you?
